Ode To John Keats

Our file-sharing community appears to be in a turmoil at present, due to the duplicity of rapidshare.com; the complicatedness of trying to download with savefile, or file factory or whichever name they choose to use at any given moment; and the utter obtuseness of megaupload.

Therefore, to quote "Ode On A Grecian Urn",
"Heard melodies are sweet, but those unheard
Are sweeter ..."

I'm sure all of us hope that all these problems will soon be resolved.

Mel, thank you for your kind comment on my blog - but it's never too late ... ;)

I just have the 'Blogger Blues' - too much posting and too much into blog-researching... will down this a bit and come fresh and handy as always.
I LOVE spike jones - but, well - the file is gone :( ...

to file-hosters: i don't have any problems up- and downloading on rapidshare.com, but i know that megaupload is very bad for most in south america and on the balkan. for sendspace-files i have to try it a dozen or so times - and then it's SOOO slow...
well - you know what you make

i wish you all the best for you nice blog...

cheers, orang lucky/squeezorang...

Herrmann's 3 WORLDS OF GULLIVER
Blogreader Mel was so very nice of sharing this great Bernard Herrmann music with us. It's the re-recording Herrmann made in the 70ies for Decca. Many thanks to Mel for this fine score !!!

Other readers are invited to send me mp3s of their favorite records as well - just send me the link and I will publish it. And many thanks also to Larry who sent me a Schifrin score missing in my collection. I appreciate it very much getting feedback of readers of this blog !

I don't know why but again I can't upload a picture - happens very often with Blogger. But you find the cover art included in the files. Enjoy Bernie's travels !
